Wiper fishing yesterday was really good. Most fish are running the dam very close to shore chasing bait and eating a mayfly hatch that is coming off at times. Fish are keyning in on bait fish patterns and brown woolybuggers when the mayfly is coming off. Our cold spring has the fish a little behind from years past but should really pick up if the rains stay away and the lake keeps at a normal level.
